2. Return Eligibility


  • Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.

  • Certain products such as customized orders, consumables, or clearance items are non-returnable.

  • Sale or promotional items may only be returned if defective.

4. Refunds & Exchanges


  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is defective or the wrong product was delivered.

  • Customers may choose to exchange the product or request a refund.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items


If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:


  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos of the item along with your order number so we can resolve the issue quickly.
